Cooperation with local and regional authorities could be very interesting, especially to get support for fighting climate change in countries around the world, and in terms of our contacts with developing countries, such as India and China – and here I must acknowledge, as someone has already said, that the small island states were our allies.
Une coopération avec les autorités locales et régionales pourrait s’avérer très intéressante, surtout pour trouver un soutien dans la lutte contre le changement climatique dans les différents pays du monde ainsi qu’en termes de contacts avec les pays en développement, tels l’Inde et la Chine.
