Pursuant to this Article, Member States must ensure that an operation retains the contribution from Structural Funds only if it does not, within five years of the date of the decision concerning the Structural Funds contribution, undergo a substantial modification which could affect the nature of the operation, its implementation conditions or give to a firm or a public body an undue advantage.
Au titre de cet article, les États membres doivent s’assurer que la participation des Fonds structurels reste acquise à une opération uniquement si celle-ci ne connaît pas, dans un délai de cinq ans à compter de la décision sur la participation des Fonds, de modification importante affectant sa nature ou ses conditions de mise en œuvre ou procurant un avantage indu à une entreprise ou à une collectivité publique.

Draws the attention of the managing authorities to the importance of establishing relevant equal opportunities criteria for the selection of projects, in order to ensure that measures cofinanced by the Structural Funds contribute to the pursuit of the equal opportunities objective; asks these authorities to penalise projects which fail to satisfy the requirement of mainstreaming equal opportunities by rejecting project proposals or returning them to applicants for revision before any financing can be considered;
