Such a working structure would have the advantage a) to keep the number of Groups and meetings manageable, taking into account scarce resources in the Members States, while responding to policy needs, b) to follow up on results from the current Work Plan, while providing the possiblity to address new priorities, c) to have a homogeneous composition of groups and to distinguish policy from expert level work and d) to strengthen the structured dialogue with sport stakeholders.
Une telle structure de travail aurait l’avantage a) de conserver un nombre gérable de groupes et de réunions, qui tiendrait compte des ressources limitées des États membres tout en répondant aux besoins politiques, b) de donner un suivi aux résultats du plan de travail actuel, tout en permettant d’aborder de nouvelles priorités, c) de disposer de groupes à la composition homogène et de distinguer les travaux réalisés au niveau politique de ceux accomplis au niveau des experts, et, enfin, d) de renforcer le dialogue structuré avec les acteurs du monde du sport.
