In contrast, the disorders brought together here are thought to arise always as a direct consequence of acute severe stress or continued trauma. The stressful events or the continuing unpleasant circumstances are the primary and overriding causal factor and the disorder would not have occurred without their impact. The disorders in this section can thus be regarded as maladaptive responses to severe or continued stress, in that they interfere with successful coping mechanisms and therefore lead to problems of social functioning.

The coordinator shall also inform the competent authorities which have authorised regulated entities in the group and the competent authorities of the Member State in which the mixed financial holding company has its head office, and the Joint Committee of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESA) established by Articles 54 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority) (20), of Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority) (21) and of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority) (22) (hereinafter “the Joint Committee”), respectively.

Acts under Articles 10 to 15, 17, 18 or 19 of this Regulation in relation to the application of Directive 2002/87/EC and of any other Union acts referred to in Article 1(2) that also fall within the area of competence of the European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority) or the European Supervisory Authority (European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority) shall be adopted, in parallel, by the Authority, the European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority) and the European Supervisory Authority (European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority), as appropriate.
Les actes arrêtés en vertu des articles 10 à 15, 17, 18 ou 19 du présent règlement en ce qui concerne l’application de la directive 2002/87/CE et de tout autre des actes de l’Union visés à l’article 1er, paragraphe 2, et qui relèvent aussi du domaine de compétence de l’Autorité européenne de surveillance (Autorité bancaire européenne) ou de l’Autorité européenne de surveillance (Autorité européenne des assurances et des pensions professionnelles), sont adoptés en parallèle par l’Autorité, l’Autorité européenne de surveillance (Autorité bancaire européenne) et l’Autorité européenne de surveillance (Autorité européenne des assurances et des pensions professionnelles), le cas échéant.
