TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

With effect from 1 January 2012, if the requirements laid down in Directive 2005/64/EC as amended by this Directive are not complied with, Member States, on grounds related to the reusability, recyclability and recoverability of motor vehicles, shall refuse to grant EC type-approval or national type-approval for new types of vehicles.
Als aan de voorschriften van Richtlijn 2005/64/EG, als gewijzigd bij deze richtlijn, niet wordt voldaan, weigeren de lidstaten met ingang van 1 januari 2012 om redenen in verband met de herbruikbaarheid, recycleerbaarheid en mogelijke nuttige toepassing van motorvoertuigen EG-typegoedkeuring of nationale typegoedkeuring voor nieuwe voertuigtypen te verlenen.

1. Member States shall grant, as appropriate, EC type-approval or national type-approval, with regard to reusability, recyclability and recoverability, only to such vehicle types that satisfy the requirements of this Directive.
