3. Afhankelijk van de redenen van opschorting of beëindiging van de certificering, met name wanneer de veiligheid en beveiliging van de EU-vrijwilligers voor humanitaire hulp in gevaar komt, kan de Commissie verlangen dat de op het ogenblik van de opschorting of beëindiging uitgezonden EU-vrijwilligers voor humanitaire hulp worden gerepatrieerd.
3. In light of the reasons for the suspension or termination of the certification, in particular the safety and security of EU Aid Volunteers, the Commission may require the repatriation of EU Aid Volunteers who are deployed at the time of the suspension or termination.

2. De uitzendende of ontvangende organisaties waarvan de certificering wordt opgeschort of beëindigd, mogen vanaf de datum van de opschorting of beëindiging geen EU-vrijwilligers voor humanitaire hulp meer uitzenden of ontvangen en komen niet in aanmerking voor financiële steun van de Unie voor dit doel.
2. The sending or hosting organisation subject to a suspended or terminated certification shall not deploy or host EU Aid Volunteers as from the date of the suspension or termination and shall not be eligible to receive financial assistance from the Union to that end.

4. In het geval van een opschorting dient de houder van de vergunning voor het in de handel brengen jaarlijks een verslag bij het bureau in waarin de vorderingen van het pediatrisch onderzoek overeenkomstig het besluit van het bureau tot goedkeuring van het plan voor pediatrisch onderzoek en tot verlening van de opschorting worden vermeld.
4. In the case of a deferral, the marketing authorisation holder shall submit an annual report to the Agency providing an update on progress with paediatric studies in accordance with the decision of the Agency agreeing the paediatric investigation plan and granting a deferral.

Onverminderd de bepalingen inzake opschorting van de hulp die zijn opgenomen in de met de partnerlanden en -regio's gesloten partnerschaps- en samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, nodigt de Commissie een land dat de beginselen met betrekking tot de democratie, de rechtsstaat en de eerbiediging van de mensenrechten en fundamentele vrijheden niet eerbiedigt of in gebreke blijft bij de naleving van de desbetreffende verbintenissen met de Europese Unie, of onvoldoende vooruitgang boekt bij het vervullen van de criteria voor toetreding, uit tot overleg om een voor beide partijen aanvaardbare oplossing te vinden, behalve in bijzonder dringende gevallen. Without prejudice to the provisions on suspension of aid in partnership and cooperation agreements with partner countries and regions, where a beneficiary country fails to respect the principles of democracy, the rule of law, human rights, minority rights and fundamental freedoms, or the commitments contained in the relevant agreements concluded with the Union, or where progress towards fulfilment of the accession criteria is insufficient, the Union shall invite the beneficiary country to hold consultations with a view to finding a solution acceptable to both parties, except in cases of special urgency. Where consultations with the beneficiary country do not lead to a solution acceptable to both parties, or if consultations are refused or in cases of special urgency, the Council may take appropriate measures in accordance with Article 215(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, which may include full or partial suspension of Union assistance.

De bevoegde autoriteit, uit wier rechtsgebied de opschorting of uitsluiting afkomstig is, schrijft voor dat andere gereglementeerde markten, MTF’s, OTF’s en beleggingsondernemingen met systematische interne afhandeling, die binnen haar rechtsgebied vallen en handelen in hetzelfde financiële instrument of de in de punten 4 tot en met 10 van deel C van bijlage I bij deze richtlijn bedoelde derivaten die verband houden met dat financiële instrument of daarnaar verwijzen, eveneens de handel in dat financiële instrument of in de derivaten opschorten of dat financiële instrument of de derivaten uitsluiten van de handel, indien de opschorting of uitsluiting te wijten is aan vermoedelijk marktmisbruik, een overnamebod of het niet openbaar maken van voorwetenschap over de emittent of het financiële instrument in strijd met de artikelen 7 en 17 van Verordening (EU) nr. 596/2014, behalve indien dergelijke opschorting of uitsluiting de belangen van de beleggers of het ordelijk functioneren van de markt aanzienlijk zou kunnen schaden.
The competent authority, in whose jurisdiction the suspension or removal originated, shall require that other regulated markets, MTFs, OTFs and systematic internalisers, which fall under its jurisdiction and trade the same financial instrument or derivatives as referred to in points (4) to (10) of Section C of Annex I to this Directive that relate or are referenced to that financial instrument, also suspend or remove that financial instrument or derivatives from trading, where the suspension or removal is due to suspected market abuse, a take-over bid or the non-disclosure of inside information about the issuer or financial instrument infringing Articles 7 and 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 except where such suspension or removal could cause significant damage to the investors’ interests or the orderly functioning of the market.

Without prejudice to the provisions on suspension of aid in partnership and cooperation agreements with partner countries and regions, where a partner country fails to observe the principles referred to in Article 2(1), and where all attempts at negotiation with the partner country have failed, or if negotiations are refused or in cases of particular urgency , the Council, acting by a qualified majority and after consulting the European Parliament on a proposal from the Commission forwarded simultaneously to the European Parliament and to the Council , may take appropriate steps in respect of any assistance granted to the partner country under this Regulation. Such measures may include the partial or total suspension of assistance.

4. In de in lid 1, onder b), c), d) en e) bedoelde gevallen stelt de bevoegde autoriteit van de tenuitvoerleggingsstaat de beslissingsstaat onverwijld in kennis van de opschorting van de tenuitvoerlegging, met inbegrip van de gronden voor de opschorting en, zo mogelijk, de verwachte duur van de opschorting, op zodanige wijze dat de kennisgeving schriftelijk kan worden vastgelegd.
4. In the cases referred to in paragraph 1(b), (c), (d) and (e), a report on the postponement, including the grounds for the postponement and, if possible, the expected duration of the postponement, shall be made forthwith by the competent authority of the executing State to the competent authority of the issuing State by any means capable of producing a written record.
