Whereas the Atlantic Pilotage Authority proposed to make Regulations prescribing tariffs of pilotage charges to be paid to the Atlantic Pilotage Authority for Pilotage performed in non-compulsory pilotage areas of Newfoundland and Labrador, pursuant to section 22 of the Pilotage Act, and did publish that proposed tariff in Part I of the Canada Gazette on July 4, 1981;

24. If the reason for the action that the Authority proposes to take is the conduct or competency of the aggrieved person, the Authority shall, at its own expense, require the attendance at the hearing of every person who made a report to the Authority respecting the conduct or competency of the aggrieved person.

3. Where the requesting authority proposes to appoint auditors or experts, it shall transmit any relevant information on the identity and professional qualifications of such auditors or experts to the requested authority.
