The Tribunal notes, first, that the applicant’s assertion that the vacancy notice provided for appointment to grade AD 5 only in the case of candidates from the diplomatic services of the Member States is based on a misreading of the wording of the vacancy notice.

Reiterates its strong support for ICC in the fight against impunity for the most serious crimes of international concern; calls on the EU and its Member States to continue their political, diplomatic, logistical and financial backing of the ICC and other international criminal tribunals, including the ad hoc international tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, and the Special Tribunal for Lebanon;
