In accordance with Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council (1) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 (2) and with the other rules referred to in this Agreement, the grant agreements and/or contracts concluded with participants in the programmes and activities established in Switzerland may provide for scientific, financial, technological or other audits to be conducted at any time on the premises of the participants and of their subcontractors by Commission agents or by other persons mandated by the Commission.

18. Upon the termination of such a contract, the European Parliament, as the contracting authority (and/or the competent security authority, as appropriate, in the case of a subcontract) shall promptly notify the NSA or any other competent security authority of the Member State in which the contractor or subcontractor is registered.

Lorsqu'il est mis fin à un contrat ou un contrat de sous-traitance classifié, le Parlement européen, en sa qualité d'autorité contractante (ou, le cas échéant, l'autorité de sécurité compétente s'il s'agit d'un contrat de sous-traitance) avertit immédiatement l'ANS ou toute autre autorité de sécurité compétente de l'État membre dans lequel le contractant ou le sous-traitant est immatriculé.

17. Once a classified contract or subcontract has been awarded, the European Parliament, as the contracting authority, shall notify the NSA of the contractor or subcontractor and/or any other competent security authority about the security provisions of the classified contract.
