The Commission considers that this award may infringe EU public procurement legislation (Concessions Directive 2014/23/EU) since the contract was directly awarded without a competitive procedure and that the national provision used as the award's legal basis is not in line with EU law.

Where natural persons are concerned, the publication shall be limited to the name and locality of the recipient, the amount awarded and the purpose of the award.The disclosure of those data shall be based on relevant criteria such as the periodicity of award, or the type or importance of the award.
