Definition: A depressive episode, which may be prolonged, arising in the aftermath of a schizophrenic illness. Some schizophrenic symptoms, either positive or negative , must still be present but they no longer dominate the clinical picture. These depressive states are associated with an increased risk of suicide. If the patient no longer has any schizophrenic symptoms, a depressive episode should be diagnosed (F32.-). Having regard to the two ECOFIN Council Conclusions, having regard to the still-unfolding financial crisis whose speed and pace has taken by surprise many market participants and supervisors, and having regard to the threats the crisis still poses to the EU financial markets and to its spill-over into the EU economy, what is the Commission intending to undertake in this area in order to better respond to the challenges of globally integrated markets and to preserve the soundness and stability of the EU financial markets?

Pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3, the contracts concluded by the Joint Managing Authority as part of the programme shall contain a clause allowing the Commission or the Member State concerned to carry out recovery from a beneficiary, contractor or partner where the claim is still open one year after the issue of the recovery order by the Joint Managing Authority.
