(EN) The European Court judgment to which the honourable Member refers , in addition to Article 153 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), with regard to any gender discrimination that may arise from differences in pension entitlement between men and women, concerns the pension scheme administered by the Istituto nazionale della previdenza per i dipendenti dell’amministrazione pubblica (INPDAP) and covers pensions of officials and other staff working in the civil service. According to the contentious provisions, retirement was set at 60 for women and at 65 for men.
L’arrêt de la Cour de justice auquel M. le député fait référence , outre l’article 153 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne (TFUE), concernant toute discrimination liée au genre, pouvant découler de différences de régimes de retraite entre hommes et femmes, concerne le régime des pensions de l’Istituto nazionale della previdenza per i dipendenti dell’amministrazione pubblica (INPDAP) et couvre les pensions des fonctionnaires et d’autres personnels travaillant pour le service public.
