Calls on the EU to ensure that EU Member States, associates and partners, in particular under the Cotonou Agreement, which have accepted to host former Guantánamo detainees, actually afford them full support as regards living conditions and in facilitating their integration in society, medical treatment including psychological recovery, access to identification and travel documents, the exercise of the right to family reunification and all other fundamental rights attributed to people with political asylum status.
23. invite l'Union à garantir que ses États membres, ainsi que ses associés et ses partenaires, notamment en vertu de l'accord de Cotonou, qui ont accepté d'accueillir d'anciens détenus de Guantánamo leur proposent effectivement un soutien complet en ce qui concerne leurs conditions de vie et leur intégration à la société, en leur fournissant un traitement médical, y compris un rétablissement psychologique, ainsi qu'un accès à des documents d'identité et de voyage, l'exercice du droit au regroupement familial et de tous les autres droits conférés aux personnes ayant un statut de réfugié politique.
