(3) If a Pool lies partly under the Reserve and partly under other lands, the proportion of the amount of Natural Gas produced during a Production Month from that Pool which is attributable to lands included within the Reserve shall be deemed to be equal to the proportion which the recoverable reserves of Natural Gas contained in that part of the Pool underlying the Reserve bears to the total amount of recoverable reserves of Natural Gas in the Pool.
(3) Lorsqu’un gisement s’étend en partie sous la Réserve et en partie sous d’autres terres, la part de gaz naturel produite au cours d’un mois de production à partir de ce gisement et qui peut être imputée aux terres comprises dans la Réserve, est réputée égale au rapport entre, d’une part, les réserves récupérables de gaz naturel contenues dans la partie du gisement située au-dessous de la Réserve et, d’autres part, la totalité des réserves récupérables de gaz naturel contenues dans le gisement.
