116. In any action, suit, proceeding or contestation under this Act, the court may order the issue of a writ of subpoena ad testificandum or of subpoena duces tecum, commanding the attendance, as a witness, of any person who is within Canada.
116. Dans toute action, poursuite, procédure ou contestation sous le régime de la présente loi, le tribunal peut ordonner qu’il soit délivré un bref d’assignation à témoigner ou d’assignation à produire des pièces, enjoignant à une personne qui se trouve au Canada de comparaître pour témoigner.
